Terms of Use

These terms apply to thepartners.app, including the website, the blog and the card game app at /play/ (together, “Partner(s)”). By using Partner(s), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the app.

Who can use Partner(s)

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Partner(s) is designed for consenting adults in a relationship who choose to explore conversations together. See our 18+ notice.

What Partner(s) is, and isn’t

Partner(s) offers conversation prompts, a card game (The Hotwife Challenge) and articles about communication and relationships. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is no substitute for professional help. If a conversation brings up distress, pause, and consider speaking with a qualified relationship counselor.

Consent and respect

Every step in Partner(s) is opt-in. By using it, you agree to:

• use it only with a partner who has freely agreed to take part;
• respect your partner’s pace, lines and pause word, every time;
• never use it to pressure, deceive, harass or embarrass anyone;
• follow the laws that apply where you live.

Your content

You own what you write. Your answers are stored on your device and inside the share links you choose to send; we don’t receive them (see our Privacy Policy). You’re responsible for what you write and for who you share links with. Anyone who has a share link can read its contents, so send links only to your partner.

Because your data lives only on your device, it can be lost if you clear your browser data, change browsers or lose your phone. We can’t recover it, and we don’t offer backups.

Availability

We provide Partner(s) “as is” and “as available.” We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time. The app is designed to work offline once loaded, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Third-party links, affiliates and ads

The homepage and blog may include links to other websites, including affiliate links, and may later show advertising. We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Our content

The Partner(s) name and logo, The Hotwife Challenge card copy and designs, and the site’s articles belong to us. You’re welcome to use the app and print the card decks for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell or republish them without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Partner(s) is provided without warranties of any kind, and we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it, or for any loss of data stored on your device. Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date above. If you keep using Partner(s) after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
