Affiliate Disclosure
Template notice: this page is a plain-English starter template that describes how Partner(s) works today. It will be reviewed by a lawyer and may change.
Partner(s) is free to use. To help keep it that way, we may include affiliate links and advertising on the homepage and blog. This page explains how that works, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements.
Right now
No affiliate links or advertising are active on the site at the moment. This page explains how they’ll work if and when we add them, and we’ll update it when that happens.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a link to another company’s website that lets them know you came from Partner(s). If you sign up or make a purchase after clicking one, we may earn a commission. It never costs you anything extra.
How we label them
- Affiliate links appear in clearly marked ”Recommended for couples” sections on the homepage and at the end of blog articles.
- Each one carries an ”Affiliate link” label, and a short disclosure sits right next to the section.
- They’re marked for search engines as sponsored links.
- Advertising, if we add it, is labeled ”Advertisement.”
Where they never appear
Affiliate links and ads will never appear inside the app at /play/. Your cards and conversations stay free of them.
How we choose
We only consider products and communities that fit our audience of adult couples and our tone: respectful, consent-focused and non-explicit. Partners don’t pay for editorial coverage, don’t review our articles, and don’t influence what we write. A commission never changes what we recommend.
Advertising and cookies
If we enable a third-party ad network, it may use cookies or similar technologies on the pages where ads appear. We’ll update our Privacy Policy before that happens and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
