The content is non-explicit. The cards are conversation prompts about desire, pride, trust and boundaries, written for couples who choose to explore those conversations together.

Consent comes first

Everything in Partner(s) assumes enthusiastic, ongoing consent from everyone involved. In practice, that means consent is:

• Freely given. No pressure, guilt or bargaining.
• Informed. You both understand what you’re agreeing to.
• Enthusiastic. A hesitant “I guess” isn’t a yes.
• Specific. Agreeing to one thing isn’t agreeing to everything.
• Reversible. Anyone can change their mind, at any time, without giving a reason.

Pace and pausing

Every step is opt-in, and the more hesitant partner sets the pace. Either partner can pause at any time. In the app, the Pause button sits on every screen, and the Together cards help you choose a pause word you can use anywhere.

Wellbeing

Opening up is a big conversation, and it’s normal for it to stir up strong feelings. If it causes distress, pause and talk, and consider speaking with a qualified relationship counselor or therapist. If you ever feel unsafe in your relationship, please contact local support services or emergency services where you live.

Local laws

You’re responsible for making sure your use of Partner(s), and anything you choose to do offline, complies with the laws where you live.
